Once you start the solar installation process, you will receive a link to access your project through the Better Earth Customer Portal. In the Customer Portal, you will find detailed information about your project. There will also be a live chat bubble available to connect you with our Customer Support team.

You can use the Customer Support Chat feature on the Better Earth website for all your requests, including project updates. Live Chat is available 24/7 with automated support. In most situations, you can resolve your issues using automated support.
