Panel Skirting
Panel skirting is an aesthetic upgrade designed to improve the appearance of a solar panel system on a roof. It serves as a finishing touch that enhances the overall look of the installation.
Panel skirting is different from a critter guard.
This can be used to hide the visible gaps from the front view, giving the solar array on the roof a cleaner and more visually appealing appearance.
Critter Guard
A critter guard, such as a pigeon and squirrel guard or mesh, is a functional upgrade used to prevent animals like pigeons and squirrels from accessing and nesting under a solar panel system.
The critter guard is different from panel skirting.
It involves the installation of a protective barrier or mesh around the perimeter of the solar panels to keep unwanted critters from causing damage or creating nests underneath the panels. This helps maintain the integrity of the solar installation and prevents potential issues associated with animal interference.
