Access your Customer Portal

You can track your solar project order through the Better Earth customer portal. Visit portal.betterearth.io

Here's how it works:

When Do I Get Portal Access?

You will receive a Welcome Email once you have signed the required project documents to initiate your solar project. In the email, you will find a custom link to access the Customer Portal.

We recommend saving this link or email for future use.

Accessing the Portal:

You do not need login credentials to access the portal. It's designed to be hassle-free. However, if you do log in with the email that you used to sign up with us, you will have access to even more project details.

Contacting Better Earth from the Portal:

You can use the live chat feature on the portal to get in touch with Better Earth's customer success team. This feature is available through a chat bubble in the bottom corner of the screen.

By using the Customer Portal, you can stay updated on the progress of your solar project and get in touch with Better Earth as needed.


Customer Support Chat

You can use the Customer Support Chat feature on the Better Earth website for all your requests, including project updates. Live Chat is available 24/7 with automated support. In most situations, you can resolve your issues using automated support.

Your Project Manager

Getting in touch with your dedicated Project Manager is easy.

You can reach out to them through the following methods:

  • Email: You can send an email to your project manager using their provided email address. This is a convenient way to communicate and share information.

  • Phone: You can give them a call or text at the phone number they provided when you initially connected. This allows for direct and immediate communication.

  • Customer Portal: You will have access to a Customer Portal. In this portal, you can find contact information for your sales representative.

  • Scheduled Meetings: Your Project Manager may have scheduled meetings with you to discuss your project. This is an excellent time to address any questions or concerns.

  • Customer Support: If you're not sure how to reach your Project Manager, you can contact Better Earth's customer support team via live chat or phone. They can help connect you with the right person.
